Help For Health Homework - Community Based Support System?

So part of our health assessment is that we have to create a little "Agony Aunt" page, and there are different questions about sex, sexuality and stuff like that. One of the questions is about a couple with a mild intellectual disability. They've both left school (we think, it doesn't say so we just presume) and we need to suggest a community based support system. We asked our teacher, but she didn't really explain it that well, so is there any help / ideas that you could give us? Thank you!
