I don't want to hear about how I can excersise and all of that good stuff, I do all of that and it doesn't help when I have to stop. I need something that I can buy, so can somebody help me and tell me what I can buy to stop stress?

Stress just is. Everything causes 'strress' It is when we don't handle it right, or get overwhelmed , that we suffer., and someone says this is 'stress' related. Stress is normal. Too much causes problems.
You can NOT just start treating yourself, because you can really mess yourself up worse .
You should find some stress managment classes, therapy, or see a doctor or oriental medicine to give you a check up and something to help you out besides drugs.
Or see a hormone expert like these thehallcenter.com feelngfff.com or call a compounding pharmacy and ask what doctors test and balance hormones. You should not be treated for 'adrenal' or anything else without a testing first.
If you self treat, you can mess yourself up.
You can go to a health food store and find the chamomile tea which will help you if you drink two bags steeped in hot water before bedtime, to help you sleep. That will help you a lot, and may be all you need. or you can ask if anyone is trained and can share your symptoms and get their suggestions.

What are my best options for packaging foods to sell to health food stores?

I am starting my own business selling prepared foods to health food stores. A number of the things that I want to sell are going to need to be packaged in sealed plastic bags (e.g. flax crackers, etc.). In order to do this, do I need to buy my own sealer as well as the bags? Can I just buy bags with that are already resealable? Can anyone suggest a good source to buy these products from?

Doubt very much if your going to be able to sell to a store. There is laws on how the food has to be and also how it is to be packaged and the kind of label it must have on it. Most stores have orders sent to them from a factory
