I am on Unemployment in Ohio three months now and cannot afford previous prescriptions for High Blood Pressure Medicine, Do I qualify for Health Benefits through unemployment?
My mother and daughter receive Soci Sec and Food Benefits at my address..

Health insurance is completely not dependent on whether or not you are employed. But there IS no "health benefits through unemployment".
If you're talking about welfare, Medicaid, you'd have to apply to see if you qualify. It's going to depend on your household assets and household income.

Not as many as you think.
More people just flat out can't afford to buy it, especially in the two states you mention, than flat out get denied. They get OFFERED coverage, but can't scrape up the money;.
