Environmental.. so im guessing it has to be a health hazard caused by the environment. Well huskies originated from a cold climate, and they have been taken out of their original environment... Countries like Australia which are really quite hot can cause health problems if people don't look after their husky properly during summer...etc.
So heres some requirements for looking after huskies during summer.
- make sure they hare shelter
- make sure they always have water... i cant think of any more, you can figure it out.

I 100% think we should limit the amount of children people are allowed to have. I wouldn't even go as far as to only have one kid, I think two would be just fine. Then you are maintaining the population (with a gentle decline due to death rate) and you don't end up with the "little Princes" issues of the Chinese policy.
I can't think of one issue that we face today that would not be improved by fewer people on this earth, period. Education, crime, the environment, everything. Whenever I see people having eight or nine kids, I cringe inwardly and always have to stop myself from asking who is going to pay for their college education (well, not usually anyone, which is a shame).
This is all very unrealistic, since the people who have the multiple children don't really see it from a resources perspective. It is quality, not quantity we need in our kids. The resources we have are limited. Place more resources with fewer kids and everyone wins.

Septic cleaners? Why do my county environmental health people say NOT to use them?

When you see ads for products like Rid-X, they make it sound like you need to use them to keep your septic system running well. But the Environmental Health Department in my county insists that they NEVER be used. If so, why? And why do products like Rid-X continue to be allowed on the market if they don't work or are harmful?

It is likely that your county uses its groundwater- good for them. Dunno if the product works, but the bacteria they use is not potable, so if the county uses their groundwater, they don't want it contaminated with bacteria and neither do you. See the source below for real details.
