I have a friend who is 26 years old but he went through depression after losing his mom and now he acts like a 8 year old. He can't take care of himself and I just want to know what his disease is.

btw : schitzotypal disorder is classed as a personality disorder. even though its a schizophrenia spectrum disorder .
thank you , however i was diagnosed with it and i know its an illness and i want to know , what acts in the mental health act and laws and police powers, affect it and treat people with the disorder.
